The growth of the business based on numbers started from the basics. The service business was productized, and the pricing model was rethought. These actions quadrupled the average purchase from 5,000 euros to 20,000 euros. External help also addressed a common challenge for many entrepreneurs: how to charge appropriately for their services. The collaboration began with a workshop series, where, in addition to productization and pricing, the business was broken down into a logic tree and integrated into the Clarity service partnership program. This software made it efficient to monitor the company’s real numbers, mainly in collaboration with Aamu’s team.

In leading growth based on numbers, cash flow also played a vital role. The company’s growth was to be achieved without external funding sources, which was possible through effective cash flow management. Timely invoicing and expense control enabled growth through revenue financing alone, without PING Helsinki needing to resort to loans or external investors.

With growth, the administrative workload of the organization significantly increases, so along with PING Helsinki, Aamu clarified and streamlined internal processes for growth. This included delegating tasks to new roles, such as a virtual assistant and a growth manager. Aamu was heavily involved in creating the growth manager’s job description and supported the recruitment process. Aamu also assisted in hiring the recently appointed business manager. Within the framework of the Clarity service partnership, Aamu has also acted as part of PING Helsinki’s advisory board.
