The collaboration with Aamu Partners was initiated because Bell Rock needed a reliable cash flow forecast and a modern approach to data-driven management right from the start. Smarter Future Planning Through Data
Bell Rock entered into a Clarity service partnership with Aamu in summer 2021. Although the company had the in-house expertise for forecasting and calculations, it wanted to use its time wisely, focusing on client work, sales, business development, and decision-making, building upon a solid base of data.
To give Bell Rock reliable and up-to-date visibility into its cash flow, we built them a forecast model in Clarity, combining information from accounting, time tracking, CRM, and the thoughts of busy entrepreneurs.
The monthly maintenance and updating of forecasts now take the management no more than 10 minutes, as Aamu’s team maintains the forecast model based on data. Unrecorded information, such as recruitment scheduling, is updated during meetings.
Data-Driven Decision Making
After a couple of months of collaboration and development of the data model, and satisfaction with the forecast model, it moved into the maintenance phase. The focus of the collaboration shifted more towards decision-making and planning future actions to choose the measures that best promote the company’s development at each stage of growth.
During the collaboration, numerous questions were answered based on data and the forecast model, such as how to maintain sales volume amidst busyness, how to use the team’s time most efficiently, who to sell which services to, and where to find the top talent needed.
Additionally, we determined the necessary length of cash runway and organized customer acquisition. To ensure our systems and their provided information continue to serve our strategy in the coming years, we considered how to constantly develop our monitoring models.
Monthly Focus on the Bigger Picture
