‘No assholes policy’ since day one

Alberto is a member of Aamu Partner's board of directors. He has coached hundreds of clients since 2006, including board members, senior level executives, entrepreneurs and leadership teams. His insightful coaching approach is complemented with over 20 years of business experience in leadership positions at top global companies i.e. Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Red Bull and Danone Group. Working together with Dietrich Mateschitz, founder of Red Bull, Alberto played a key role in laying the foundation and creating a multi-billion-USD global brand and company.

Bruno works as an analyst at Aamu and has previous experience from similar roles in management consulting for global companies. He also has an entrepreneurial mindset and background. Bruno is currently finishing his M.Sc. studies on Industrial Management.

Tuomas runs the day-to-day operations at Aamu. Previously he has helped a wide range of clients in the fields of strategy consulting, operational improvement and private equity in a variety of industries. He also chairs Tamado Investments, a real estate investment company he co-founded in 2013. Tuomas holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Finance from Aalto University School of Business.

Ville takes care of Aamu Partners' clients and operations. Before Aamu Partners, he worked at BearingPoint with a broad range of high profile digital strategy and transformation engagements for leading national and international companies. His expertise covers driving large organisation wide transformation initiatives, planning and executing ecosystem strategies, accelerating companies digitally driven customer experience transformations, and supporting companies in their new business acceleration and internationalisation plans.

Wilhelm is a member of Aamu Partner's board of directors. He is a professional advisor, with a long career in investment banking and previously legal services. As investment banker he has successfully advised mostly Nordic clients in multimillion euro M&A transactions, in turnaround, at start-up and at liquidations. Wilhelm controls and chairs Lagerblad Foods, a food services company based in Helsinki. He is on the board of directors at several real estate investment companies and at a few selected food and beverage companies. Wilhelm is an MBA (finance) from Helsinki School of Economics and a Master of Laws from Helsinki University.

Julia is responsible for crafting sales process at Aamu Partners. Julia is an MBA with over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing and project management. Her customer portfolio includes more than 100 projects for a large scale of industries. Her strength lies in excellent negotiation skills & understanding cultural diversities. She is passionate for innovation & strategy and she always sees problems as opportunities.

Anders is a member of Aamu Partner's board of directors. He started his first company at the age of 23 and has ever since been and entrepreneur by heart. Currently he is invested in and develops a dozen of private companies both in Finland and in Europe. In addition, he owns and chairs a group of companies, Unique Companies, which servers the wholesale and retail markets through a wide portfolio of food and beverage products as well as related machinery.

Sanna is the chair of Aamu Partner's board of directors. She is a marketing and branding professional who blooms in challenges and busy hours. After graduating from Hanken she has gained leadership background from several industries, and has now been an entrepreneur since 2013. Customer experience is very close to her heart, and she can help you with anything around marketing strategy.
